Buying A Home
A meek little 16-year-old walked into my branch asking about getting a loan to buy a house for her boyfriend. Her income, if you could even call it that, came from her weekend babysitting jobs. She said her boyfriend would also help pay for the loan with the cash he was getting under the table, by doing odd jobs for her dad. It was quite the day, to say the least.
