Thieves Use Them
To scare unknowing drivers, thieves may place a plastic bottle between the the frame of the car and the wheel. When a driver starts the car and begins moving it, he’ll hear a strange noise. Most drivers leave their valuables and the keys in the car and get out to check the problem. That’s when thieves can either steal the whole car or quickly get inside to steal your valuables.
