The Viking Pets
Some Vikings had pets like cats, dogs, falcons, peacocks, and even bears! Vikings would trap bear cubs and raise them. Noblemen kept polar bears as pets, but if their pet went loose and injured others, they had to face penalties and fines. Later on, they forbid keeping bears as pets since they became a nuisance.
