For when you and your boo's Harry Potter obsessions are right in step with each other. It's a nice, subtle way to show that you both liked to read books when you were little and that you appreciate Harry Potter for all his flaws. This is a good one for both friends and couples.

You don't need to have a wedding at The Burrow (though how freaking cool would that be?) to get your wedding date immortalized on your arm. But the bottom line here is, I think these tattoos are going a little too far. When you are attaching your wedding date to moments in Harry Potter, it is a little too much.

Hold up, did two guys just get matching Deathly Hallow tattoos?? Sorry but that is a little questionable to me. I actually had a bro night where all we did the whole night was kickback and watch the first three Harry Potter movies which ended up being like 20390 hours long. That is as far as I would go with my bros and Harry Potter.   

Wands

LOL imagine when they are bored in public and they starting dueling with their wands. Sorry, I am just imagining it in my head and it would be the most awkward encounter I would have ever seen. These are very cool matching tattoos in a location that isn't too noticeable. 

Deathly Hallows

Do not be shocked if after this list I get one with my significant other. I know I am a sellout, that is fine whatever you want to think. This tattoo is pretty dope i won't even sugar coat it. 

Deathly Hallows

Out of all the ink on this whole list, this is one that would very much consider getting. Simple, classic, and perfect for anyone who wishes to greet death as a friend. I really hate these well done tattoos because now it is just giving me extra motivation to get one myself. 

Elder Wand

A lot of people were hating on this, but I love this! This is a lot more detailed Hallows makes it more unique. Placement is a little questionable but this is an amazing tattoo in terms of how unique this is. The deathly hallows with the leaves and stems combo is pretty awesome. 

Always & Protego

Also, how cool is this as a couples tattoo? This tattoo basically mean I will always protect you in Harry Potter language. Very creative and something a lot of people can't hate on you for.

Mischief Managed

Shoutout to all the mischievous couples out there. I critique artwork pretty heavily and I think this is some fantastic work. I will put a bet that these people who got this tattoo are definetly up to no good. See what I did there everyone? Yea, I bet you are still laughing.

Because you've charmed your way into each other's hearts, i get it! The secret inside someone's soul, this all makes sense. I love this tattoo design but uhhhhhhh.... the placement is looking super questionable. Placement is everything folks, you can't have a good tattoo with really bad placement. Sorry to be honest. 

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry

Anyways, I wish a little more detail went into the tattoo because I felt like this was really rushed. I am not here to critique artwork, I am just very passionate about my fellow Harry Potter nerds getting great work done. 

Luna Quote

As soon as these tattoos were completed, it was OFFFICIALLY OFFICIAL that they are besties for the rest of their life. Fun fact, 99% more likely to cry when you get a tattoo in that spot. Actually, I don't know if that stat is accurate but from experience, I for sure shed a tear here and there.

Hallows-Inspired Always

[dx_custom_adunit desktop_id="RTK_K67O" mobile_id="RTK_5yk0"] "Always" is beautiful, but if you think it's a bit overdone, make it stand out by turning the "a" into the Deathly Hallows. That aside, I think this is personally my favorite tattoo on this list. You can easily tell the deathly hallows symbol is an "A", very clever stuff here i must say.

Patronuses

Add a personal touch with your own Patronus. [The plural is not "patroni" in the Wizarding World.] I wonder if matching Harry Potter tattos were something thought out, or if it was just in the heat of the moment. I can't imagine someone watching Goblet Of Fire and going, "OK, I HAVE TO GET A CEDRIC DIGGORY TATTOO."  

Always Wrist Tats

We had the same tattoo come up in a previous slide. No offense, they artwork on this is really weak compared to the one in the previous slide. Might be the placement of the tattoo that is throwing me off but, what I do love was that they included the Harry Potter scar on the "y."

Until The Very End

If they aren't, whoever they marry is going to have a question that hasn't been answered, or an answer that they gave another person's question. This could also work as a matching tat with a family member, but it takes on romantic connotations with your partner.

These are the best looking unfinished tattoo's I have ever seen in my life. The symbolism of "I am always going to protect you and be there for you no matter what" is amazing. I very well expecto a lot of "relationship goals" in the comment section. See what I did there?

I would go ahead and say that people who don't watch Harry Potter saw this and thought it was an area code? The best question I got in the office about this was, "Why are there asteriks next to somebody's area code?" I know you really can't make this stuff up.  

Accio & Lightning Bolt

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is one of my favorite movies of all time, so I would go through the pain to have this ink put on me. Accio Firebolt!!

Page Stars

A simple but totally iconic tribute to not only Harry Potter, but the queen, J.K. Rowling herself. Although, a non Harry Potter fan would have NO freakin idea why three asterisks would be doing on their arms. I think tattoos that are small and meaningful like this one are tattoos I can really get behind. 

Colorful Wands

So fun and colorful, both Ollivander and the Marauders would be proud. This is a little too crazy for a matching tattoo in my opinion, but in terms of detail this tattoo is pretty incredible. Again, be careful of getting this tattoo because your partner will always know where you are at.

Nox & Lumos

So basically, Lumos is the spell for lighting up the wand and Nox is the one responsible for putting the light out. Wow, I had a total Professor McGonagall teaching moment right here.

Now if only these worked and you could keep an eye on each other, that would be great. Another thing to point out is that, if they could added a glow in the dark tattoo where it has the rest of the map included in here, that would be amazing.  

Dark Marks

Look, if I was walking down the street and I saw these dark marks on somebody, I would think differently of you. I'm not risking being nice to you because you might be one of Voldemort's men. But it is perfect though for when you Slytherin to a Death Eater's heart.
