The flag was full of small messages of love and respect. Walter didn’t have the time to read all of the messages, so he decided to just buy the flag and solve this mystery when he gets home. He called Fred and asked about the price of the flag. Originally Fred said that the flag is worth 15 dollars, but when he saw that it had stuff written all over it, she reduced the price to 5. A very low price for the real value of this flag.
