The problem was that they didn’t know the name of the fallen marine. All they had was his rank in the military, and his first name. The message “Fred, you were a good Marine and we will always remember you”, was what helped them the most. They were looking for a Lance Corporal named Fred. That is like looking like a needle in a haystack. They had no idea where to start. This is where their daughter Catie steps in.
