Japan’s Kickass Submarine Fails To Bomb
In August 2013, an I-400-class sub was found 700 meters (2,300 ft) off the coast of Hawaii. The vast sub was capable of holding three seaplane bombers. The Japanese planned on sending a fleet of 18 of these subs to attack US soil, but they only built three and the plan never happened.
