Neptune’s Memorial Reef kind of looks like the Lost City Of Atlantis, but it was actually created by Gary Levine and conceived by artist Kim Brandell. It’s located off the coast of Miami, Florida, and it’s actually known as a submarine city for the dead. Yup. This amazing reef deep underwater is actually a cemetery where you can rest after you die.
