They were worried he would saturate the market. So rather than hold off on his latest work, Stephen attributed them to his alter-ego.
Since Steve’s incredible discovery, Stephen King decided to drop the act and cut ties with his alter-ego. As for Steve, the book work himself may not have uncovered any literary secrets since, but one thing is for certain, he’s definitely still reading his stories!
