As soon as she sees Scott, Shelby stand on her hind legs and cannot stop wagging her tail. Scott then sits on the floor to embrace his best friend. Shelby cannot help it but shower her dad’s face with slobbery kisses. Looking at Scott’s face as he hugs the pooch is tear-jerking.
