The Response
The director said that the matter was under investigation, and the appropriate actions would be taken. Francesca felt disgusted. She trusted the facility to take care of her child, and in return, she received a disgusting note. How could she be sure that her son wasn’t being abused at the facility? Then, she asked the director what they were planning to do about it.
