1. Valentine’s Day
Today, the story of the Lovers is commemorated around Valentine’s Day each year, in the Lovers Festival, including the re-enactment of the romantic tragedy. Locals dress in medieval clothes and also honor the married couples that have reached the 25th or 50th anniversaries.
