Deception And Lies
Matthew came from a broken home. His parents had divorced when he was still a child and it made him determined to not let his children experience the same thing. He, of all people, knew how difficult it was on children. It seemed that he may not have a choice though. He knew he needed to do something. He was afraid that his wife’s lies and deception indicated that she might be cheating on him. He hoped that he was wrong and that there was something they could do to fix the situation. There was no way for him to be prepared for the secret Rebecca was keeping.
