Someone took a snap of Dustin Mattson wearing a black v-neck t-shirt, glasses and a scarf. It quickly became a meme known as Hipster Barista, which makes light of the stereotype that paints hìpsters as these judgmental and hypocritical morons. But given that he was making a living as a barista, the meme could’ve ruined his career. He told NewStateMan, “That’s the first and last scarf I’ve ever owned”.
