Disaster Girl, Then
Zoe Roth became “Disaster Girl” after her father took this photo in January 2004. The fire was two blocks away from Roth’s home in Mebane, NC. But the burning house was a live training drill for the fire department. Still, her dad Dave snapped the pic of her daughter with the devilish smile. Zoe’s deadly stare had everyone grinning from ear to ear, and in little no time, the “Disaster girl” meme came to be.
