A few years ago, I was in charge of holiday hiring for a large retail chain. You can imagine the interviewees I’d see during the season, including those who seemingly purposefully blow it. One who stuck out in my mind was a real peach of a gal who picked her nose the entire time. She pocketed her booger right in front of me.
