My Father’s Horrible Interview
Not me, but my dad was out of work for about two years. He landed an interview at a major steel company in our area. He said the interview was going fine until the interviewer asked him why he dropped out of pastoral college. My dad said, “I just got burnt out.” The interviewer got mad and said, “You got burnt out of god?”. This wasn’t the reason; my dad was in school full time and working full time to support four children. He didn’t get the job.
