I typically recruit for IT roles. I had an IT project manager on a phone interview who wouldn’t stop arguing with her adult daughter (my best guess). She would excuse herself, put the phone down, and then SCREAMING ensued. I asked her if she wanted to reschedule, and she declined. She didn’t get the job.
