I am still finishing up my degree, so I thought I would gain some experience in hiring for a general labor setting (Not a staffing firm). I had a young man come in for a simple interview. He walked in the door, and then I noticed his girlfriend right behind him, holding his hand. They proceeded to hold hands as she sat in the room for the entire interview.
