The Weirdest Case Ever
I had one girl who sat for the entire interview in complete silence. She didn’t respond to anything, not even telling me her name when I asked. She stared at the floor the entire time to the point I thought she may be deaf. This dragged out for 5 or 6 minutes (mainly because I didn’t really know what to do or if she had something actually wrong). I then said ok the interview is done, she then stood up and, with a big smile, said, ‘did I get the job?’……..No dear, you did not!
