Tug ropes may seem like a harmless enough toy, but there are several reasons why you should avoid them.
Besides from tooth damage and negative behavioural habits cause by these toys, some tug ropes are made of materials that splinter off and become lodged in the dog’s mouth. These materials can cause internal damages as they may be sharp and penetrate delicate tissues.
