Coleman was 21 weeks along when he made his discovery. He was also 10 years into his transitioning journey. Doctors suspected the pregnancy occurred after Coleman stopped his hormone therapy in preparation of having a mastectomy. Shortly after finding out, Coleman and Elijah got married.
