Pictured here is Steve Sauer, a former airplane interior designer, and his 182-square-feet Seattle apartment, converted from a closet space. This project, which took Sauer 10 years to complete, features several pieces of architectural multi-tasking: A cafe space is on top of a television, a walk-in closet is also a home office, etc.
