Spare a thought for the social media manager for San Francisco’s Bay Area Rapid Transit, who has to deal with complaints all day every day. In an unexpectedly honest tweet, this poor soul pointed out that yes, they know the entire system is garbage: “BART was built to transport faw fewer people, and much of our system has reached the end of its useful life. This is our reality.”
