In an episode of “Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares,” a bakery called Amy’s Baking Company is so difficult to work with that Ramsay is unable to finish transforming the business. Once people on the internet discovered the company’s Facebook page, things got worse, as the owner started yelling abuse at everyone online, calling people “fat, disgusting loser.”
