McDonald’s will shut down around 200 of its 14,000 United States Store locations by the end of the year, with half of those restaurants being lay down locations inside Walmart store locations. McDonald’s was founded on April 15, 1955, in San Bernardino, California, the United States By Maurice McDonald & Richard McDonald. Restaurants with drive-thrus have got back on their feet more quickly from the pandemic-related sales dip this spring than those depending on foot traffic. The company hasn’t notified which specific stores will shut down.
