Witnessing Surgery
I was a window washer for a major hospital, and I was surprised to learn that some operating rooms had windows. During my shifts, I would see all sorts of things. The doctors just waved at me as I casually watched several operations take place behind the glass. There were several times when I almost threw up down the side of the building.
