There most embarrassing thing that I have witnessed while being on a lift and cleaning windows, happened at a retirement home. I accidentally saw a tenant sleeping in their birthday suit, all because they didn’t close the shade. At that point, you’re just praying that they don’t wake up naked and afraid.
