Not every hotel is perfect, let alone the human factor, like people and room servers. But some services are simply awful. Everything from not having a hot water in your room, to the front desk who have forgotten your wake-up call. Most people are hesitant, but you must do it. It’s YOU who paid the money to have a pleasant stay. Just remember, always keep your cool and be respectful, because kindness can be rewarding. Maybe some discount from the manager? Who knows…?
