The man who was arrested and charged for kidnapping Bobby remained behind bars. He was trying to convince others the boy was actually his nephew Charles “Bruce” Anderson. William was begging for justice and asking the police to get in touch with Bruce’s biological father, or mother, Julia Anderson.
