Slobodan Praljak
“Slobodan Praljak is not a war criminal,” shouted Praljak as he received his conviction. “I reject your judgment with contempt.” He then produced a vial, drank the contents abruptly, and reported, “I have taken poison.” An inquiry was ordered, with results expected December 31, 2017.
