Permar was not donating clothes — this is the second time she drove up to one in the middle of the night to take some clothes. Her daughter, Angela Minnig, posted a now-deleted Facebook tribute: “She was such a fun loving person and we know it would mean the world to her to say ‘See you Again.’”
