In the 1800s, Mary Ann Cotton was an English serial killer who was convicted of using arsenic to poison her stepson. She’s suspected of murdering three of her husbands to get their life insurance. It is believed she may have even killed eleven of her kids and her mother, who all complained of abnormal stomach pain before dying.
