A teenage Peter Woodstock rode his bike to the outskirts of Toronto to find his victims. His foster parents eventually learned he had strangled three of several children he had sexually assaulted between 1956 and 1957. He was found not guilty by reason of insanity and sent off to a mental health facility. Later on, he managed to convince his ex, Bruce Hamill, to help him kill David Michael Krueger, a patient who had rejected his advances.
