Carl Panzram
Between 1915 and 1929, Carl Panzram burglarized, sodomized and killed a thousand boys and men in states like Kansas, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, and Oregon. He was also charged with being an arsonist. Eventually, he was given the death penalty for killing the laundry foreman at the Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary where he was doing time already.
