In the 1930s, Doctor Morris Bolber was a Russian Jewish immigrant living in Pennsylvania, who used his medical knowledge and mob connections to poison women’s husbands for a price. His Philadelphia Poison Ring alone killed anywhere from 30 to 50 people before his arrest in the 1930s.
