Peter Kudzinowski
In the 1920s, Polish-born American serial killer Peter Kudzinowski murdered 20-year-old Harry Quinn, 5-year-old Julia Mlodzianowski, and 7-year-old Joseph Storelli. The killings took place in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The Polish-born American’s case was quickly processed, and he got the electric chair.
