Mary Bell
In 1968, Mary Bell was only 11 when she murdered four-year-old Martin Brown by strangling him. A few months later, she did the same to three-year-old Brian How. Bell claimed she did it because she had witnessed violence in the home. In fact, some of her family members claim her own mother tried to kill her when she was a kid. Bell ended up getting released when she was 23.
