Audrella received praise from her manger at Walmart: “We are very happy with Audrella and all our customer service associates who help in that manner.” He also explained that Walmart staff are now being trained to watch out for signs of potential scams and have been made aware of the infamous Grandparents Scam. And for Cecil, there was also a happy ending – all thanks to Audrella’s quick thinking. He looks forward to spending his Christmas savings on his grandchildren when they visit for the holidays.
