“Uncle Jam Wants You” was released by Funkadelic in 1979. The album cover took inspiration from two sources. One being the Uncle Sam Wants You poster. The other being of Black Panther co-founder Huey Newton. Combine the two elements, and you get one bad-ass album cover.
