Traffic Jams To Get There
The traffic was so bad driving to Bethel, NY, that people left their vehicles on the road. They walked miles, camping along the way to get to Woodstock on time. This left cars abandoned on the road for the entirety of the festival. The traffic spanned 10 miles!
