Jimi Hendrix Performed On Day 4
The final act of Woodstock was Jimi Hendrix. He was scheduled to go on stage at midnight on Sunday, but since they were so behind schedule, he took to the stage at 9 am on Monday. The audience had dwindled from the estimated 500,000 to about 40,000 people. Luckily the performance was immortalized in the Woodstock documentary.
