The Stage Roof Collapsed
Due to the heavy rains, the roof on the stage was on the verge of collapsing. To prevent further damage, the stage crew cut a hole in the top. If you watch videos of Joe Cocker’s performance, it seemed that he was drenched in sweat. But it was just water pouring down on him from the open roof.
