Apple also tried launching its own digital camera with the QuickTake in 1994. As you can imagine, the storage and functionality were pretty limited, with space for at most 32 photos and no way to zoom, preview, or delete individual photos from the camera itself. Nevertheless, it experienced limited success as one of the first digital cameras available to consumers, but Steve Jobs axed this product as well amid growing competition from established camera brands.
