Apple’s Worst Products and Design Fails of All Time

Forced U2 Album Download

Apple

More of a PR stunt than an actual product, Apple decided to team up with U2 to provide all iTunes users with a free download of the band’s 2014 album “Songs of Innocence.” What could be bad about free music, right? Wrong. The move backfired in a big way, as many users with automatic downloads enabled found themselves with unwanted music in their library and no way to get rid of it. Apple eventually had to relent and create a web page with instructions for the album’s removal.
