According to the city of Binghamton’s legislation, no dog with a reputation for being “vicious” may be bred, sold, or bought within the city. This includes breeds such as Dobermans, Rottweilers, and indeed, pit bulls. The vet was obligated to report Storie’s previous owner for infringement of these laws. But what was done was done. What could they do for Storie?
