A Tough Call
Patrick’s wife had hit him with a worrying question to which he did not have an immediate answer. He pondered about the possibility for a while. In the end, he decided to put those negative thoughts aside. He knew that he could be risking his life, but as far as he’s concerned, every day, we put ourselves at risk. While the chances that he could be injured were higher if he were in the army, he didn’t feel that that was reason enough to pass on such an opportunity. His mind was made up: he was going to join the Army. With that, he began to prepare for the big journey. What would happen that would throw him off course?
