The man pulled out his EBT card and used it to pay for the food items he had stacked up. Patrick was furious. He couldn’t believe what he saw. He wanted to believe that his eyes were playing tricks on him, although he knew exactly what he was seeing. Although it wasn’t Patrick’s place to do so, he couldn’t help but feel angry. The shopper clearly had enough money to pay for their groceries. Instead, they decided to abuse the system.
