Patrick was very candid about his personal life and family struggles in his Facebook post. He opened by stating that he really needed to get something off his chest. He then proceeded by explaining the reason behind the photo that he uploaded. “ Sorry but I need to vent. The picture you see on the left is the number of groceries including diapers that I was able to afford this pay period for my family.
