The Proposal
Patrick knew that the woman he had been dating for an extended period of time was the woman of his dreams. She filled him with such joy and, most importantly, made him feel valued. The void he felt within himself was non-existent when he was with her. He could not fathom life without her, especially considering that she had changed how he saw the world. For that reason, he felt compelled to ask her for her hand in marriage. Would she accept?
